Acceptance

Reading pages, requesting a quote by email or telephone, or commissioning a brief constitutes acceptance of the version of these terms published on the date of that action.

Services

Services are written briefs, research hours, and reading notes as described on the spotlight pages. They are informational. They are not financial advice, not brokerage, not wallet services, and not a substitute for licensed access to any comic. You must already have a lawful way to view any issue you ask us to discuss.

Site copy, original markup methods, and our brief documents are owned by Portal Craft Line unless a commission agreement says otherwise. You may not scrape this site to train a model that impersonates a trademarked character.

Compatibility claims

References to Veve indicate that a button navigates to https://veve.me. References to Binance indicate optional compatibility of record fields in a local tracking utility. Neither reference is affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or ownership. Desk Ledger does not execute transactions or hold assets.

The site may link to Veve, image hosts, font providers, and other third parties. Their terms govern those destinations. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

Briefs are opinion and observation based on publicly visible credits and pages. We do not warrant completeness of any storefront listing. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, we are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, missed drops, or collector arguments that go poorly. Our aggregate liability for a paid brief is limited to the fee paid for that brief.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, which matches our GB base of operations.
